Events
For events, cancellations require 14 working days' notice for refund. Please email
editor@lemonkind.com if you have arranged for someone to take your place at an event.
Occasionally events might be cancelled or postponed at the last minute due to attendees dropping out, illness, family emergency, natural disasters or other unforseen circumstances. You will be notified by email and/or phone as soon as possible.
In the case of cancellation or postponement, you will be issued a full refund but brizcomm pty ltd and lemonkind.com will not be liable for any resulting travel, accommodation, lost time or other costs. Details for re-scheduled events will be posted on lemonkind.com.
Products
For e-booklets or other digital content products, no refunds can be given - once you've downloaded it, it's been used.
For clothing and other merchandise, please choose carefully as exchanges will be made only if the products are faulty. We are not responsible for damage in the post.
Advertising
Once we've received confirmation of your booking, refunds are not possible.
On confirmation of payment, your advertisement will be uploaded to the lemonkind web site, e-newsletter or other publication. See our advertising

Payment
Invoices must be paid on ordering a product, service or advertising unless by prior arrangement.
