We are a couple into organic gardening and quiet country living looking for a clean, quiet and reliable woman to share a 3 bedroom plus study, 2 bathroom house at Wamboin. We are located betwen 2 wineries with cafes and under 30km from Civic.
You will also be sharing the property with 2 dogs, 3 goats, 2 geese, 2 ducks and 11 chooks. Your dog OK if it gets on with ours (we have a little dog that is terrified of big dogs) and the other animals. Sorry - no cats.
Good size bedroom with built-in robe. Great garden, including veggie garden and orchard. Room available from 1 January. $125.00 per week plus share of expenses.

I have a three bedroom house in Deakin with 1 room for rent.
The house is an old school weatherboard house; it's a bit random and
a little bit run down but its being painted etc. Its 3 bedrooms,
huge living/dining room, kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet. It
has a big back yard but I have 2 fluffy babies that occupy it.
The house is fully furnished and partly furnished in each room.
Nothing is needed. You are pretty much able to move straight in.
Actually, I would prefer if you only had bedroom accessories.
I work full time and my partner goes to school and works part time
and we have a pretty extensive social life. We're pretty much only
there to sleep etc.
The rent for both rooms will be $115/week each, then there's bills
etc which we split depending. Bond will be $460 (4 weeks rent) as
well as 4 weeks rent upfront as rent is paid monthly.
FIRST ROOM:
The room is pretty spacious. At the moment it's just a spare so is
available as soon as wanted. There is a bed, mattress, desk and a
chest of drawes (Which are sort of girly but all match) that you can
choose if you want it or not.
